She's asking for physical custody of the couple's 6 children. She is asking the judge to give Pitt visitation. It's significant ... she does not want Brad to have joint physical custody ... only joint legal custody.
Sources connected with the couple tell us ... Angelina's decision to file has to do with the way Brad was parenting the children ... she was extremely upset with his methods.
Our sources say, Angelina became "fed up" with Brad's consumption of weed and possibly alcohol, and mixed with what she believes is "an anger problem" ... felt it became dangerous for the children.
We're told there was no alleged "third person" ... her decision to file was solely over Brad's interaction with their children.
Jolie, who's being repped by disso queen Laura Wasser, is not asking for spousal support.

This means taking naps in public areas is a huge no-no.As you can see below, this poor woman was just trying to get some shut eye in the library. According to TMZ, the Craven County Sheriff’s office in New Bern, North Carolina responded to a call at the Diamond Club around 3 AM due to a shootout in the parking lot, which left five people injured.
Sources say no one died in the gunfire.After the shooting, cops say they interviewed Rich Homie Quan, whose entourage was involved in the altercation that led to the firefight. This is now the second time someone’s been shot at a club rap even in the last month. Last August, Jeezy’s Virginia Beach party quickly ended when an individual was gunned down at the venue.
Details of what happened were scarce with police stating the man died from an “apparent gunshot wound.” The victim has since been identified by the mother of his unborn child on social media as Demetrius Darnell McCloud, also known as “Yang.”
Investigators are currently looking into exactly what went down at the Diamond Club.

Fairs are a place for family, friends, and most importantly, children.With the endless games, rides, and yummy treats, who else would enjoy it more than a family with little kids in tow?
The Reynolds family from Tennessee were definitely excited for their day at the fair with their two little girls, but it did not end up the way they had hoped.
Kayla, 10, and Briley, 6, went on the Ferris wheel together. And as their parents watched, a disaster unfolded.
The Ferris wheel baskets got stuck to one another, and because seat belts and restraints are not required by law, the little girls were thrown into the air and down to the ground, within seconds.
They dropped 40 feet and had nothing but the hard ground to break their fall.
While Kayla sustained only minor injuries, her sister is still in the hospital recovering from a major brain injury. People have been sending their love and support from all over, including The Band Perry who has made these little girls crack a smile.
The recovery won’t be easy for this young girl, but it will be worth it.
In the meantime, their story is one that needs to be heard

Their father says he could see them trying to grasp for things to hold
onto, but the intense incline of the basket thrust them out of the ride
before anyone could help.

There have been rumblings of discontent between
the stars of the ‘Fast & Furious 8’ set. It all started when one of
the stars, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson posted a message on social media
seemingly calling out members of his cast, but never saying any names.
TMZ reported that it was
directed towards Vin Diesel because the message had social media in an
uproar wondering who Johnson was talking about in his post. It was
obvious there was bad blood on set but it was still not clear what
exactly had happened.
Reportedly, it was due to creative
differences between VIn and Dwayne. Vin is also a producer for the film
so he may have gotten a big head and started to take more control over
the process than Dwayne liked. According to TMZ, the two had to leave
the set to talk out their differences.
It is not clear what
kind of conclusion the two came to, but fans have gotten creative with
how they think (and want) the two superstars to resolve their
differences. They have taken to social media to post about their ideas.
Social media has been super active with fan
theories about what is going on between the two, and also how they wish
to see them resolve it. A resounding desire among fans is that they want
to see the two face off against each other in the ring at Wrestlemania.
One user wrote ‘ Please let
Vin Diesel and The Rock fight at Wrestlemania. That’s all I want.’
Another got more specific with his theory and wrote ‘Fast 8 opens April
14. WrestleMania 33 is two prior. Odds we’re being trolled for a
Rock-Vin Diesel fight at Mania are at least 50-50.’ That is the general
sentiment among fans chiming in on the situation, and we can’t say that
seeing those two in the ring wouldn’t be epic.
Neither actor or the WWE has said anything in response to all the hoopla
about it on social media, but even if they decided to do this after
everyone started talking about it would be amazing. A great idea should

TMZ reported the couple started arguing in the car after Cassie explained to Diddy she wanted to end things with him. Diddy allegedly grabbed her phone and started scrolling through it before getting out of the car with the phone, and Cassie took off with the driver.
From there Diddy apparently headed back to the home they share to return Cassie’s phone before leaving again.
Cassie had allegedly called her mom and told her about the phone incident, which is where the police became involved due to her mom calling the police and asking to send cops to the home.
Although Cassie already had her phone back when the cops arrived, the police still wrote up a domestic incident report about the actions of the night.
Diddy and Cassie have been dating for five years, and until recently we never saw much of their relationship publicly. Diddy had made mention of them being together recently in an interview with The Breakfast Club when the topic of his former girlfriend, Jennifer Lopez, came up.
“My woman, at the end of the day, you know, she ain’t have a problem
with it. She had some questions…She had some questions but not, not…you
know, Casper was there, you know what I’m saying.”
Earlier this year at the AMA’s Lopez and Diddy were seen being very close, however, he reaffirmed to everyone Cassie was his girl.

Rumors are afloat that Eminem could be cooking up something for Drake, but word is, Drake will be ready.
Drake's reign has been all Summer '16, from VIEWS remaining unmoved from the #1 spot on the Billboard 200, to Kanye West confirming a joint album with the rapper, it seems everyone wants a slice of the OVO pie.

Joe Budden became a topic of conversation this summer by releasing diss after diss directed towards Drizzy, and he continues to capitalize off it with the release of a merch line, inspired by his run-in with OVO trolls. The last update in their beef involved Budden blasting DMs Drake allegedly sent him-- he's yet to release any screenshots, though, and Ebro has a theory as to why, along with some other juicy hip-hop gossip.

Memphis Bleek Reportedly Files For Bankruptcy
It appears Jay Z’s former protégé & right hand man Memphis Bleek isn’t big pimpin’ anymore and is allegedly broke. According to a report by Bossip, Bleek has filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy after revealing he has just $100 in cash to his name.
The former Roc Nation rapper, who’s real name is Malik Cox, apparently filed the petition back on March 14th at the US Federal Court in New Jersey. He reportedly claims his assets are in the ballpark of $274k, which include his Jersey home, Chevy impala & wedding rings among other things, but his liabilities total near $385K.
He also states that he has $0 in his Chase bank account, $100 cash in his pocket, and owns a company that’s worth absolutely nothing called “Get Low Touring.”
Bossip reports the bankruptcy is pending at the moment while Bleek figures out a plan to pay back his creditors. They also obtained a copy of the actual asset & liability document, which you can see for yourself in the gallery above.

Amazon UK's Deal of the Day promotion features the Huawei Honor 5X
today. This means you can grab the smartphone for the lowest price it's
ever had: just £139.99. It's available from the well-known online
retailer in silver, grey, and gold - and all color versions have the

Another day, another iPhone 7-related
rumor or leak of some sort. This is becoming the norm as we're
approaching the September event where Apple will finally make its new
handset official.
This time around, a "pretty reliable" source apparently thinks the iPhone 7 will ship with a 1,960 mAh battery. That would be great news for lovers of good smartphone battery life, considering that its predecessor, the iPhone 6s, has a 1,715 mAh cell.
So we're looking at an increase of over 14% in capacity if this turns out to be true. There's one thing to keep in mind here, though: OnLeaks, the leakster publishing this rumor, says the source behind the info hasn't been 100% accurate before - just "almost". So this obviously may not pan out.
But let's hope that it does, for battery life has been a pretty neglected aspect by Apple for the iPhone 6s. Now the 14% bigger battery capacity won't necessarily turn into 14% better battery life for the average iPhone user, but it's still good to have. Huawei unveils the Honor 8 with dual rear camera, 4GB of RAM
Right on its self-imposed schedule, Huawei has taken the wraps off the Honor 8 today. This is the new flagship from the Chinese company's more affordable sub-brand, and it does come with a large number of similarities compared to Huawei's top of the line device, the P9.The Honor 8 has a 5.2-inch 1080p touchscreen, and a dual-12 MP camera setup on the back, with f/2.2 aperture. The selfie shooter is an 8 MP unit with f/2.4 aperture. The phone has up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. So far, on paper the Honor 8 is pretty much identical to the P9.
The big difference is the chipset employed. The cheaper Honor 8 has
to make do with the older Kirin 950, whereas the P9 sports the Kirin
955. The 950 inside the new Honor handset comes with an octa-core CPU
with four Cortex-A72 cores clocked at up to 2.3 GHz, and four Cortex-A53
cores that go up to 1.8 GHz.4G LTE is built-in, along with dual-SIM functionality (although the second SIM slot doubles as a microSD card slot so you can't use two SIMs and an expansion card at the same time unfortunately). The Honor 8 has a 3,000 mAh battery that you charge through a USB Type-C port. The 3.5 mm headset jack is in too, and that's becoming more and more rare these days.
The phone's dimensions are 145.5 x 71 x 7.45 mm, it weighs 153g, and it runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow underneath Huawei's EMUI 4.1 (the software is another similarity to the P9, by the way). A fingerprint scanner is on the back.
The Honor 8 becomes available in China on July 19 at 10:08 am (yes,
really). It will be offered in Pearl White, Sunrise Gold, Midnight
Black, Sakura Pink, and Sapphire Blue, though some hardware versions
won't be available in all colors.The model with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage is priced at CNY 1,999 ($298, €269). If you pick the one with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory, the price is CNY 2,299 ($343, €310), while the top of the line variation with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage will set you back CNY 2,499 ($373, €337).
